It’s designed to help us get out of our own way by creating space and time in which we can broaden and strengthen our physical, spiritual, emotional & mental wellbeing. By changing our outer environment, we are able to quiet the noise of our day to day life, routines and habits. Only when we get quiet, can we REALLY listen. Finding spaciousness creates room to evolve and the spaciousness retreat containers offer provides opportunities for rapid expansion.
BY JUST CHOOSING TO TAKE RETREAT, you’ve already stepped over the first and most challenging threshold. You’ve decided to commit to yourself and gift yourself an experience that provides tools, resources and memories that you can take with you lifelong. After just a few days of retreat, you are guaranteed to experience a shifting. An opening. A rejuvenation. A deep & powerful cleansing and nurturing. A coming home.
It’s about sangha & sisterhood. Community is a central pillar to transformation. An opportunity to be witnessed, heard & seen in our vulnerable & most valuable states. To be a mirror and be held accountable for our parts & how they show up in the world. Retreats offer support in an authentic way–they release the loneliness of feeling like you’re on this journey alone. It’s incredibly healing to be in an intentional space surrounded by like-minded people on their own path of self discovery.
All over the world for countless centuries, humans have communed in ceremony and ritual to explore this earthly existence deeper & connect to oneness. We feel this interconnectedness in sangha of retreat space where we are reminded that at ALL of our cores, we are just light beings on a journey of remembrance. We are spiritual beings in a human body trying to grow & evolve. Come to retreat to get clear, find your WHY and understand your dharma.
One of the primary intentions of a Soul Sister Medicine retreat:
To walk away with a group of sisters and at least one SOUL SISTER.
The intention is that for every retreat container offered, the right people will find their way there. That each sister will find a soulmate they can take with them lifelong. That these retreats will attract only those ready to meet each other–on sort of a “soul contract”, if you will. We believe that whoever finds their way to each sister circle will be called there by divine timing to meet someone meant to play a major role in their journey; That you will leave with a new support network of other women and at least one woman you can call on when life gets particularly challenging. a SOUL SISTER.
As facilitators & creators of the space, we believe that if we hold this intention tightly every step of way as each unique retreat offering is birthed, the universe will respond by sending the right people at the right time.

A weekend in the Colorado mountains to gather with other witchy women and form a special container: a coven.
Envision: Fairy dance party in the aspen grove, rituals and ceremonies to honor ancestors, connect to ourSelves and perform spellwork, making potions and learning herbalism basics, decorating wands and flower crowns, calling upon the elements through fire ceremony and tea baths, cacao ritual, nature mandalas, and so many other incredible opportunities to nurture your inner witch!
There will be plenty of time to nurture yourself and take rest. The property has a sauna, cold plunge, hot tubs… We will be enjoying yin + energetics, sound baths, and meditations + visualizations.
This is for the inner witch, the inner wizard, and all your inner children who always dreamed of going to hogwarts!

Come gather in a witchy cottage in Southern Ireland for an intimate retreat experience to remember and honor the wisdom of Celtic roots and traditions. This gathering is for those looking to deepen their understanding of Celtic mythology and folklore, witchcraft and pagan rituals, and traditions of working with the land.
Both Lauren and Laurie are American-born and have been on a journey of coming home to their Irish and Celtic roots through powerful initiations. One intention of this container is to help other people who feel that same pull back to the lands and wisdoms of their ancestors access a deeper understanding of where their power comes from.
