Winter invites us to slow down, move inward and reflect. The solstice brings light back into our lives as we reemerge, preparing to move into spring. What do you want to take with you & what do you want to leave behind as remnants of the 2024 version of you? What are you calling in and stepping further into? The solstice is the time to plant these intentions, so I invite you to join a really powerful weekend of intention setting & intentional living.
This offering will include pranayama, guided meditation, a Winter Yin sequence, and finish with a Crystal Sound Bath.

Continue your weekend of intention by shaking out and clearing what came up on Friday evening!
We will land into the space with Cacao, guided meditation and breathwork. We will gently move into ecstatic dance format, lightly facilitated by Michaela Marie and Live Dj T Nova. Closing out will include a crystal sound bath and reintegration with the group.

We will be witness to each other’s visions + see them for one another in this powerful gathering. We will ground in with some Yin, Breathwork & a Guided Meditation.
