Lauren really believes that there is no “one size fits all” healing solution; everyone’s journey is unique. However, we ALL have access to Self and Lauren is on a mission to help people rediscover their truth, get clear on their dharma, and heal their inner wounds using Self energy as the tool. With IFS as the foundation to her work, she offers integrative healing modalities as the fine tuning when it comes to moving energy through the body and clearing out what is stuck and stagnant or no longer of service. Some of the integrative practices Lauren likes to weave into her offerings are yoga and movement, breathwork, intuitive bodywork, artistic exploration, guided meditations & visualization, ancient wisdoms including TCM and Ayurveda, herbalism and nutrition.
Lauren is an Internal Family Systems coach, RYT Yoga Instructor, Intuitive body worker and Reiki Healer. She is CE Certified as a Yin Teacher, Transformational Life Coach, Breathwork Facilitator, and the 5 Elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She has additional trainings in Ayurveda & Herbalism.

INTERNAL FAMILY SYSTEMS COACHING
Work one on one with Lauren as she facilitates clients through the powerful psychospiritual model of Internal Family Systems therapy.
Intuitive Body Healing
Lauren can provide different styles of bodywork including massage techniques, reiki healing, and yoga.
Full Integrated Healing Sessions
This offering combines Internal Family Systems therapy work with integrative body healing. This is a 90 minute session where the first half is a therapy session and the second half is a body work session to integrate what came up during therapy. This is available in person only at this time.
The Alchemical Portal Mentorship Program
This in an all inclusive program for those looking to make MAJOR and AUTHENTIC change in their lives using magic and subconscious reprogramming. The Alchemical Portal Program offering combines Internal Family Systems therapy work (1x a week/4 sessions a month), Your astrology birth chart, a weekly Tarot reading session to start your week and guide you towards what’s next, subconscious reprogramming tools, spellwork and elemental magick, a weekly guided Yoga Nidra for dream work, and 1:1 herbalism consultation and personally curated herbalism package sent to your door at the first of each month. This is not your average container, it’s a frequency reprogramming container; a bridging of seen and unseen forces for you to be the intentional co-creator of your perceived reality.

DREAMWORK
Lauren has been seeing entities since she was 6 and channeling and working with spirits since she was 14. The world in which other beings communicate the most has been through her dream realms and liminal spaces. Lauren will teach you how to access this wisdom, work with your guides, decode messaging, and harness the power within these realms to understand the depth of your story.
